Case Supervision with Culturally Aware ABA Clinicians
Expert Oversight That Reflects Your Family’s Values
At California Behavioral Treatment Center, our commitment to high-quality ABA services begins with strong, culturally sensitive Case Supervision. Every child’s treatment plan is guided by an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who not only ensures clinical excellence but also honors your family’s cultural background, language, values, and unique way of life.
We understand that no two families are the same — and the best outcomes come from close collaboration with caregivers and therapists in a way that respects those differences.
What is Case Supervision?
Case Supervision is the process by which a BCBA oversees the design, delivery, and ongoing progress of your child’s ABA therapy. Supervisors:
Create individualized behavior intervention plans
Train and support the therapy team (including RBTs)
Observe therapy sessions and provide real-time feedback
Track your child’s data and adjust goals based on progress
Meet regularly with caregivers to share updates and gather input
Our supervisory team ensures that each treatment plan is implemented with consistency, compassion, and cultural integrity — so families feel supported and included every step of the way.

A Focus on Cultural Sensitivity
We make cultural awareness a core part of every supervision strategy. Our clinicians are trained to:
Communicate in your preferred language when possible
Incorporate family traditions and values into treatment goals
Adapt behavioral strategies to reflect your home life and parenting style
Avoid cultural assumptions or bias in treatment decisions
We’re here to build a therapeutic partnership — one rooted in trust, respect, and shared understanding.
